Of course there's a warranty! We've built our reputation on satisfying our customers. Jo Jo Auto Body & Collision Center provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty on the repairs that were performed on your vehicle. The person indicated on the original paperwork filed with us is eligable for the warranty, so long as you own the vehicle. This is a labor only, fragmented four-part Lifetime Warranty, and stipulations pertaining to each fragmented part are state hereafter:

METALWORK

Jo Jo Auto Body & Collision Center provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty on all metalwork and framework, to include welding and the application of materials utilized in making collision repairs against cracking, flaking, pitting or deterioration; excluding rust repairs. Jo Jo Auto Body & Collision Center will repair and repaint, excluding rust repairs, any metalwork warranted hereby, when claim is made within warranted period, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.

PAINTING, STRIPES AND DECALS

Jo Jo Auto Body & Collision Center provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty on painting-related priming and painting work against solvent blistering, peeling, hazing, and excessive loss of pigmentation. Also a Lifetime Limited Warranty on the application and adhesion of decorative stripes and decals, excluding those defects which are caused by extreme environmental conditions to which the vehicle may be exposed. Jo Jo Auto Body & Collision Center will re-prime, repaint, re-stripe or re-decal the specific section or sections of the vehicle warranted hereby; excluding rust repair, when claim is made within warranted period, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.

MECHANICAL REPAIRS

Jo Jo Auto Body & Collision Center provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty on all mechanical repairs pertaining directly to original collision damage. Jo Jo Auto Body & Collision Center will re-repair any mechanical assembly or component warranted hereby, when claim is made within warranted period, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.

PARTS

Jo Jo Auto Body & Collision Center provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty on new parts installed by or at the shop, unless manufacturing warranty is less or more. (Please Note: Jo Jo Auto Body & Collision Center warranty does not exceed manufacturing warranty.) Jo Jo Auto Body & Collision Center will repair or replace any defective part warranted hereby, when claim is made within warranted period, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.

SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED

Incidental costs, such as towing fees, car rental charges, travel expenses, or assemblies and components which are not specifically covered by this Limited Warranty. Nor are consequential damages such as damage to other assemblies and components resulting from a defective part or installation of such part installed or repaired during the repair included. Rust through, and/or damage caused by rusting of interior or exterior non-replaced panels is not covered. This Lifetime Limited Warranty shall not be varied, supplemented, qualified or interpreted by any prior course of dealings.

You don't want to make a claim through your insurance company, right? Good news, you don't have to. At Jo Jo Auto Body & Collision Center we offer a Deductible Assistance Program. We are connected to several insurance companies that we communicate directly in order to handle the appropriate papers. Your vehicle insurance company may not deliver the information requested as quickly as you would like it. With the help of our Deductible Assistance Program you wont have to wait for your insurance company to inspect and file a claim.

Depending on the damage severity your car has encountered and the amount of your deductible, you may save by paying out-of-pocket for repairs. On the other hand it might be best to file a claim through an insurance company. We will negotiate with the insurance company on your behalf to help get maximum coverage while ensuring the highest standard for you and your vehicle's safety. Your insurance company may not be listed, since not all companies allow body shops to add their approved designation to their web sites.
